Public Comment Period on the Proposed Demolition of Hoboken (Lackawanna) Records Building ended on April 20, 2020 at 12 PM.

Following the close of the 60-day public comment period, comments on the DEIS were considered in a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). The FEIS and Record of Decision (ROD) announce and explain FTA’s decision and describe any commitments for mitigating potential social, economic, and environmental impacts. Online Public Meeting on the proposed demolition of the Lackawanna Records Building was held on Thursday, April 16, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM ET. In compliance with multiple Executive Orders from Governor Murphy resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic, this public meeting will be presented virtually in an online format.
